The Performance is a collection developed for the Prada Group Design Academy Competition. This work advanced to the final round, where I had the opportunity to present both my collection and my design process in person.

Golden Plains of Grain is my thesis collection, for which I produced two looks showcased in FIT’s Future of Fashion runway show. Through this work, I was honored to receive both the Critics’ Choice Award and the Macy’s Empowered Design Award.

Women’s Work is a collection I designed during my third year at FIT, marking the beginning of my deeper exploration into women’s history and my desire to connect with and honor the generations of women who came before me.

I translated my collection Women’s Work into a diffusion line of simple, layer-able garments focused on multiple color ways, patterns, and opacities to suit a wide range of preferences.
An exploration of cultural and historical inspirations focusing on the feminist art movement that came from the rise of second wave feminism in the 70s. Translating iconic ideas and art works from the movement into wearable garments.

Futurism is a conceptual venture into creating the illusion of movement and angular form found in the futurism art movement.

Median is a collection created from a brand started by myself and two other FIT students for a group project where we imagined creating a brand from core values to store design, packaging and more.

Fractured is my associates capstone project with the theme CRAFTED, where I explored making a structural design of plaster and strips of muslin. I used this theme to experiment with a wearable art approach.

Woven emotions is my entry into the floor loom and textile exploration. Inspired by the painter Egon Schiele, an Austrian painter know for his intense and emotional expressionists art. I was drawn to the energy felt through his painting portrayed by his use of texture, as well as his use of negative space and the textiles he portrayed from colorful stripes to lacey ruffles.
